Orders or subscriptions to online products are typically delivered immediately to your inbox with a link to access your purchase. The exception is when information is needed to create a user profile in SMRT which will be fulfilled as quickly as possible based upon the information provided by the user and how promptly they provide the information to our team.

You can cancel your subscription to SMRT at any time with 30 days notice. Simply contact [email protected] with your intent to cancel and your account will be marked for cancelation and deletion 30 days from date of notice. Once cancelled, user will lose all access to the software, trainings, etc, including all integrations, connections and contacts. Content of your SMRT Platform can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.
